Cool Glitch Effect Project File

This is a .blend project file that was created to make the thing you see above.

The color is done nodes (3 color nodes), and the movement is done by a mix of the color nodes and moving an object around.

This is a 3d object, that is in 3d space. You can add custom text to it, and custom colors. I had issues getting everything to lineup, so I when very basic.

It's not that complex of a scene really, the only thing you have to do is edit the text and play around with some colors. Any colors will work! I would pick some that work well together.

This is rendered out in 1920 x 1080 at 60FPS. I do have a note in the file going over how to change it to 30 FPS.
